Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Therapy Client Coordinator with 2+ years of experience

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our therapy clients, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, follow-ups, and record management. You will play a key role in enhancing client experience, supporting business growth, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential clients to share information, address queries, and generate interest in our couple counseling services Clearly explain therapy formats, session structures, and pricing Assist clients in booking therapy sessions and coordinating appointments with therapists Build strong rapport through empathetic, warm, and professional communication Encourage clients to take the next step, such as joining a webinar or booking a consultation Follow up with webinar registrants through calls, WhatsApp, and email Maintain accurate client records and updates in the CRM system Coordinate appointments, reminders, and follow-ups for a smooth client journey Resolve client concerns promptly with clear and supportive communication Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to improve retention and engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline B.Sc. degree is an added advantage Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management

Work Timings:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday One Sunday working per month, with a compensatory day off the following day Work from Office - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Compensation:

?20,000 - ?35,000 per month
(Based on experience and interview performance)
