Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide personalized therapy treatments such as skin, body, and wellness therapies as per client needs. Perform professional skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain a hygienic, clean, and well-organized treatment area at all times. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, result-driven service. Maintain accurate client records including consultation forms, treatment history, and progress notes. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in skincare and therapy. Educate clients on post-treatment care and product usage for best results. Follow all safety, sanitization, and protocol standards as per clinic policies. Collaborate with dermatologists and clinic teams for holistic client care. Achieve treatment targets and contribute to overall business performance.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of skin types, skin concerns, and therapy techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a focus on quality and satisfaction. Time management and multitasking abilities. Certification or diploma in cosmetology, skin therapy, or related field (preferred).
