ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: THERAPIST ( SKIN & HAIR) Cosmetic Clinic

u

To perform services for hair, skin & weight loss treatments and laser treatment.

u

To maintain hygienic set up in the room and ensure that all equipment's and items present in the room are clean and fit for use.

u

Being attentive to Customers at all times.

u

Assuring the highest standard of customer care and services at all time, explaining the benefits of the service.

u

Helping customers to complete medical questionnaires so any allergies or health issues are flagged up.

u

Making sure that all equipment is properly sanitized and cleaned.

u

Create, Maintain & Update Patient's Database on a regular basis.

u

Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.

u

Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.

u

Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.

u

Responsible for Product Explanation and Upselling & Cross Selling.

u

Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.

Work days: Six days working (one off on a weekday)

Salary- 15k to 18k
