Bachelor's or Master's degree in Performing Arts / Theatre / Drama or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching theatre or conducting drama workshops in schools
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of acting techniques, stagecraft, scriptwriting, and direction
Ability to train students for school productions, drama competitions, and events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for creative arts and working with children
Familiarity with integrating theatre in education (TIE) approach is a plus
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular theatre/drama classes across grades
Prepare students for annual day programs, inter-school competitions, and stage performances
Develop creative lesson plans to build confidence, expression, and collaboration in students
Collaborate with other faculty members during cultural events and projects
Encourage student participation and creativity through theatre activities
