Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by maintaining sterile field.
Prepare OT instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
Follow strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts.
Coordinate with OT team for smooth surgical workflow.
Handle and label surgical specimens correctly.
Maintain OT cleanliness and safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / B.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrub Nurse in OT
.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
Experience in cardiac / major surgeries will be an added advantage.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
