Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day operations of the theatre, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance. Build and maintain strong relationships with film distributors for smooth content acquisition. Handle film charting and scheduling of shows efficiently. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and operational standards. Drive revenue generation through effective planning and execution. Monitor and manage ticketing, concessions, and other revenue streams. Lead, motivate, and train the theatre staff to deliver excellent customer experience. Handle budgeting, expense control, and reporting to management.

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of experience

in theatre/cinema management or film industry operations. Strong knowledge of film charting and scheduling. Good network and connections with film distributors. Ability to work under pressure and manage teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
