We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Theatre Manager to oversee all aspects of our theater operations. The Theatre Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of performances, managing staff, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the theater. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for the performing arts.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of theater operations, including scheduling, ticketing, concessions, and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with directors, producers, and technical staff to ensure successful production of plays, musicals, and other performances.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for theater operations, including monitoring expenses and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement and ticket sales.
• Maintain relationships with artists, agents, and other industry professionals to secure high-quality productions and talent.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure equipment, props, and other resources needed for productions.
• Handle patron inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in theater management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven 3 experience in theater management or performing arts administration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of theater production, including lighting, sound, and stage design.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as required by theater schedules.
