The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns, creating and optimizing ads, and coordinating effectively with creative and content teams to deliver measurable growth in brand visibility and sales.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads(Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing).- Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly budgets of - 10 lakh or more to achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility.- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.- Analyze campaign data, track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare detailed performance reports.- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals.- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital campaigns.- Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-5 years of proven experience in paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.- Prior experience in the beauty, clean beauty, personal care, or D2C e-commerce industry is mandatory.- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale campaigns with - 10 lakh+ monthly budgets.- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel.- Excellent coordination, project management, and communication skills.- Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
