Job Description

- Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding courses, colleges/universities, entrance exams, and career options.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various academic programs, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.- Handle inbound student inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and follow up with prospective students.- Assist students with application processes, including documentation and form submissions.- Organize and participate in education fairs, workshops, and seminars.- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM tools.- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and vendors.- Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to revenue goals- Experience into counselling for VFX/ Animation courses is a must (ref:updazz.com)
