We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Influencer & PR Executive to join our growing team at The House of Rare. This role will be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with influencers, media, and PR partners - ensuring our brand stays at the forefront of fashion conversations.Key Responsibilities: Influencer Relations:- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across fashion, lifestyle, and culture.- Plan and execute influencer campaigns (paid & barter), ensuring seamless delivery of content.- Track performance metrics and optimize for ROI.Public Relations:- Build and maintain strong media contacts - editors, stylists, journalists, and digital media platforms.- Draft press releases, pitches, and media notes.- Coordinate product seeding and PR events.Campaign Execution:- Assist in planning, budgeting, and executing influencer & PR campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar.- Support events, store launches, and collaborations with end-to-end logistics.Content & Reporting:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer/PR content aligns with brand tone and objectives.- Track and report campaign outcomes, media mentions, and ROI on a regular basis.Skills & Experiences:- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or communications within fashion/lifestyle (agency or brand side).- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and PR practices.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for trends.
