Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing all financial transactions within the company. This includes monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date.

- Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholders, includes creating financial statements, forecasting budgets, and analysing financial data to make recommendations to improve profitability.

- Responsible for managing the accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.

- Accounting & bookkeeping in Tally

Handling Statutory Compliances like GST, TDS, Labour law related matters (PF, ESI etc.) including:

- Preparation & filing of monthly GST returns, Reconciliation of GST returns with books of accounts and preparation of replies to the GST Notices, if any.

- Responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Timely Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits. Coordinating audit processes.

- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

- Developing plans for financial growth.

- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
