Trained Graduate Teacher - Social Science (TGT SST)

6 to 8

Key Responsibilities

Teach Social Science (History, Civics, Geography) to classes 6-8 as per CBSE curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and engaging learning activities aligned with NEP & CBSE guidelines. Maintain academic records, students' progress reports, and portfolios. Conduct formative and summative assessments and share feedback with parents. Ensure effective classroom management and a conducive learning environment. Participate in school events, assemblies, examinations, and co-curricular activities. Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and student development.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation with relevant subjects (History/Geography/Political Science)

2-5 years of teaching experience

in a CBSE school preferred. Strong communication skills, classroom management, and subject expertise. Proficiency in technology-enabled teaching (smart class, digital tools).
