Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / Social Studies / Humanities from a recognized institution B.Ed. is mandatory Strong command of English language (spoken & written) Prior teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE school preferred Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English and Social Studies to middle school grades as per the prescribed curriculum Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities Conduct class tests, assessments, and maintain academic records Provide academic support, guidance, and constructive feedback to students Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment Coordinate with other subject teachers for integrated learning Participate in school events, assemblies, PTMs, and academic workshops Ensure timely submission of reports, student grades, and documentation

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong subject knowledge and teaching methodology Ability to handle diverse learning needs Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching Ability to motivate students and maintain discipline
