Key Responsibilities
Subject Instruction:
Teach the assigned subject(s) to Classes 6 through 10, ensuring a strong conceptual foundation.
Curriculum Planning:
Develop lesson plans that align with board standards while incorporating creative activities and practical demonstrations.
Secondary Exam Prep:
Prepare students for internal and external examinations, focusing on clarity of concepts and writing skills.
Classroom Management:
Foster a supportive and disciplined learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Holistic Support:
Serve as a mentor to students, assisting in their emotional and social development alongside academics.
Co-curricular Activities:
Actively participate in and organize school events, clubs, and house activities.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Graduation in the relevant subject (B.A./B.Sc.) with a
B.Ed.
degree.
Eligibility:
CTET/STET qualification is an added advantage.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a reputed school is preferred, though exceptional freshers may be considered.
Communication:
Proficiency in both English and Hindi is essential.
Skills:
Strong classroom management and basic computer literacy (MS Office, Smart Class tools).
