S.M. Matric Higher Secondary School is seeking dynamic and passionate TGT Teachers to teach English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to academic excellence. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering holistic student development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
Deliver high-quality subject instruction as per the school curriculum, lesson plans, and academic guidelines.
Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials.
Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments to measure student progress.
Classroom & Student Management
Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Monitor individual student performance and provide remedial support as needed.
Encourage student participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
Academic Administration
Maintain accurate student records, performance reports, attendance, and documentation.
Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, and professional development sessions.
Support school events, activities, competitions, and academic initiatives.
REQUIED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in English/Hindi or relevant field.
B.Ed (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior teaching experience is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication and subject knowledge may apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
