Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons for young children, following the CBSE curriculum.
Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to support learning.
Assess and monitor students' progress through observations, feedback, and reports.
Foster a love for learning and creativity among students.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the overall development of students.
Maintain effective communication with parents and provide regular updates on student progress.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure discipline in a positive, constructive manner.
Participate in school events, training, and professional development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
B.Ed certification (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in dealing with young children.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Personal Traits:
Passion for teaching and working with young children.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
