2. Main Job Responsibilities

A TGT teacher's core duties include:

Teaching students of

Class 6 to 10

Preparing

lesson plans

as per syllabus Explaining concepts clearly and engaging students Conducting

tests, exams, and evaluations

Checking answer sheets and maintaining records Maintaining classroom discipline Participating in school activities, meetings, and training Guiding students academically and morally Using teaching aids and smart classrooms (where available)

Generally required:

Graduation

in relevant subject (BA/BSc/BCom)

B.Ed. degree
