Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate

TGT Social Science Teacher

to teach students of classes 6-10 as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to engage students in active learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Social Science subjects

(History, Geography, Civics, Economics) to classes 6-10 in alignment with CBSE curriculum. Prepare

lesson plans, teaching aids, and assignments

to make learning interactive and student-centered. Conduct

classroom sessions, projects, and activities

to develop critical thinking and analytical skills in students. Assess and evaluate student performance through

tests, assignments, and formative assessments

. Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities, events, and parent-teacher meetings. Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and integrate

innovative teaching methods

and

educational technology tools

.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Arts (B.A.)

with Social Science subjects +

B.Ed. (mandatory)

. Minimum

2-3 years of teaching experience

in a CBSE school preferred. Strong knowledge of

CBSE syllabus

and examination pattern. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

English (spoken and written)

. Ability to use

digital teaching tools

(smart boards, e-learning platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in Social Science subjects. Experience in

co-curricular activities related to Social Studies

(debates, quizzes, projects).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
