The TGT Social Science Teacher is responsible for teaching Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Civics, and Economics) to middle school students (Classes VI-X). The teacher ensures effective lesson delivery, student engagement, and academic progress as per the prescribed curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Social Science according to the school curriculum and academic plan
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluate students' performance
Encourage critical thinking and class discussions
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Support students' overall academic and moral development
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (Social Science)
Relevant teaching experience preferred
Good communication and classroom management skills
