Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

Teach Social Science subjects in accordance with the CBSE syllabus, including History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics.

Lesson Planning:

Prepare engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.

Assessment:

Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress; provide constructive feedback.

Classroom Management:

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

Resource Development:

Utilize and create educational resources, including multimedia presentations, charts, and interactive activities.

Parent Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and conduct.

Professional Development:

Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.

Extracurricular Involvement:

Support and participate in school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities related to Social Science.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in Social Science or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is an advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using technology and educational tools. Ability to motivate and engage students.
