Job Description

Responsibilities:

Teach Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics) to middle and secondary school students (Grades 6-10). Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines. Use innovative teaching methodologies, including technology and activity-based learning, to enhance student engagement. Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback. Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and debate on social and historical issues. Organize educational trips, projects, and interactive sessions to deepen students' understanding of social sciences. Maintain classroom discipline and create a conducive learning environment. Collaborate with parents and fellow educators to support student development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related field. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level. Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students in social sciences.
