Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

PGT Social Science

teacher to handle senior secondary classes (XI-XII). The candidate should have strong subject expertise across Social Science disciplines and the ability to deliver concept-based, exam-oriented teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics as applicable) to Classes XI and XII Follow CBSE and ISC curriculum guidelines effectively Plan structured lesson plans and engaging classroom activities Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations Track and report student progress and academic performance Create and update teaching aids, notes, and study materials Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and school events Communicate with parents regarding student development and performance
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong conceptual clarity in Social Science subjects Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with CBSE & ISC board exam patterns Effective classroom management and student engagement skills Ability to integrate digital tools and modern teaching methodologies Result-oriented and student-focused teaching approach
Eligibility Criteria

MSc in Social Science or relevant specialization from a recognized university 2-5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level Experience in CBSE and/or ISC schools preferred
