Teach Social Science (History, Geography, Civics, and Economics) to middle school grades as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and deliver interactive, engaging, and concept-based classes.
Design and conduct assessments, assignments, and periodic tests to track student progress.
Use innovative teaching strategies, activities, and digital tools to enhance learning.
Maintain discipline and create a positive, supportive classroom environment.
Build student understanding through projects, case studies, discussions, and real-life examples.
Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress reports.
Communicate with parents regularly regarding student performance and behavioral updates.
Participate in school events, teacher training sessions, and academic planning discussions.
Collaborate with department members to improve teaching methods and curriculum delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in History/Geography/Political Science with B.Ed. (mandatory).
Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience as a TGT Social Science.
Strong communication, subject knowledge, and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Ability to integrate technology and smart-class tools into teaching.
