Position Overview
We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Social Science to teach classes 6 to 10 under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have expertise in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics, with the ability to make these subjects engaging and relevant for students.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Teach Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) to classes 6-10 in line with CBSE guidelines.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that promote conceptual clarity and critical thinking.

• Use interactive teaching methods, discussions, and real-world examples to make learning engaging.

• Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations to monitor student progress.

• Provide individual support and remedial teaching where required.

• Encourage awareness of social, cultural, political, and environmental issues.

• Participate actively in school activities, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.

• Maintain discipline and foster a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Social Sciences with B.Ed. (mandatory).

• 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to make Social Science interactive and relatable for students.

• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
