Job Location: AdityaVidhyashram Residential School Pondicherry

The post holder will be responsible for the learning & teaching policy, practice and implementation, student development and assist in shaping and implementing the educational strategy of the school.

Key responsibilities:

Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined by the authorities, implement the school vision for quality linked with Aditya's expectation of excellence.

Training the students for major school events /competitions.

Additional qualification will be of added value and given preference over other candidates

Good Academic Knowledge in the subject matter and are expected to teach with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The candidate must have good pedagogical skills.

She must have good computer knowledge and experience in variety of digital/media / other modern teaching technologies.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

Should be a good team player and must have good organization skills.

Controlling day-to-day academic operations of the school.

Developing new training programme& its related planning implementation & supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
