Job Purpose

To teach Social Science effectively and help students understand society, culture, and citizenship while developing critical thinking and responsible behaviour.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Plan and deliver Social Science lessons as per the curriculum Explain concepts clearly using activities and real-life examples Assess students through tests, assignments, and projects Encourage critical thinking and classroom discussions Promote cultural awareness and respect for diverse perspectives Guide students in research and project work Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment Communicate student progress with parents and school team
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Timely completion of lesson plans and syllabus Improvement in student academic performance Student participation and engagement in class Quality and regularity of assessments and feedback Effective classroom management and discipline Positive feedback from students, parents, and management
Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Science or related subject B.Ed preferred Minimum

3-4 years

of teaching experience Willingness to stay on campus Immediate joiner preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
