Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Implementation:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Ensure comprehensive coverage of History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics topics. Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including project-based learning and technology integration.

Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:

Conduct regular assessments and examinations to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records. Identify learning gaps and offer remedial support as needed.

Classroom & Behavior Management:

Establish a positive and disciplined learning environment. Encourage student participation and critical thinking. Foster a culture of respect, curiosity, and independent learning.

Co-curricular & Extracurricular Activities:

Organize and participate in educational trips, debates, and competitions related to social sciences. Guide students in research projects, exhibitions, and model-making.

Parental Engagement & Communication:

Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress. Collaborate with parents to support student development.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest educational trends, policies, and teaching strategies. Attend workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
