Job Title: TGT Science Teacher

Modern School, Ghaziabad invites applications from dynamic, dedicated, and passionate educators for the position of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Science. We are looking for a teacher who can inspire students, create an engaging learning environment, and deliver strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to middle and secondary school students as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations.
Conduct laboratory activities ensuring safety, accuracy, and hands-on learning.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, periodic tests, and projects.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Maintain discipline and support overall student development.
Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and training programs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate in Science with B.Ed.(mandatory).
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience*, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.

Strong command over subject concepts and excellent communication skills.
Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology-enabled learning methods.
Passion for teaching, patience, and a student-first approach.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in conducting science exhibitions, Olympiad preparation, or lab activities.
Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Creativity in teaching methods and ability to simplify complex concepts.
