Conduct practical sessions, experiments, and demonstrations while ensuring laboratory safety standards.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and observations.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment data.
Provide timely feedback, guidance, and remedial support to students as required.
Create and maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom environment.
Encourage scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and staff meetings.
Communicate effectively with parents during meetings regarding student progress and development.
Actively participate in school activities, events, and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Science
(Physics / Chemistry / Biology).
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum
2-3 years
of relevant teaching experience as a TGT or middle school teacher.
Skills:
Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage students through activity-based and experiential learning.
Basic proficiency in using digital tools for teaching.
