Key Responsibilities

Teach Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) to middle and secondary classes as per the school curriculum. Prepare engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities. Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and projects. Maintain student academic records and share feedback with parents during PTMs. Provide academic support through doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes. Maintain discipline and ensure a positive and effective learning environment. Participate in school events, training programmes, and co-curricular activities. Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators for curriculum planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Science with B.Ed. (mandatory). Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching methodology. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to manage classroom discipline and engage students effectively. Commitment to professional growth and school values.
