Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging science lesson plans for secondary school students. Conduct classroom and laboratory sessions to illustrate scientific concepts. Assess and monitor student progress through exams, assignments, and projects. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science or related field. Teaching degree or certification for secondary education. Proven experience teaching science at the secondary school level. Strong knowledge of scientific concepts and teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students.
