Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) for the subjects of Science and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. This role requires a strong foundation in both scientific concepts and English language skills, with an emphasis on instructional design that caters to diverse learning styles.

Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for Science and English. Utilize various instructional strategies to enhance student understanding of complex topics, including discrete math, differential equations, biochemistry, and molecular biology. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Facilitate classroom discussions that encourage critical thinking and promote a collaborative learning atmosphere. Organize and oversee research laboratory activities to provide hands-on experience in scientific inquiry. Integrate Montessori principles into lesson planning to support individualized learning pathways. Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning, ensuring all materials are accessible and well-prepared.

Skills

Strong knowledge of instructional design principles to create effective educational experiences. Proficiency in discrete math, differential equations, biochemistry, molecular biology, and general math concepts. Experience in conducting research and managing research laboratory settings. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats to effectively convey complex information. Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is preferred but not required. Ability to foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
