Qualifications:

Postgraduate in

Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, or Botany

(mandatory)

B.Ed.

is mandatory Minimum

3 years of relevant teaching experience

at the secondary level

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for middle and secondary classes. Design lesson plans, experiments, and assessments tailored to diverse learning needs. Encourage scientific inquiry, observation, and critical thinking through hands-on activities and demonstrations. Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning and progress. Support students in developing practical and analytical skills through lab-based learning. Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to report card preparation. Create a classroom environment that promotes curiosity, experimentation, and respect for scientific inquiry. Actively participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs. Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects and curriculum enhancement. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
