Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate TGT Sanskrit teacher to join our faculty at a CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Sanskrit instruction to students of middle and secondary classes, fostering an engaging learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Sanskrit as per the CBSE curriculum. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide regular feedback to students and their parents on academic progress and areas for improvement. Encourage and support students to participate in extracurricular activities related to Sanskrit, such as debates, elocutions, and cultural events. Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate cross-curricular learning. Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development. Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Ensure classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment. Keep up-to-date with the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and CBSE guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Sanskrit or a related field. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken Sanskrit and a good command of English. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to engage and inspire students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Sanskrit. Experience teaching in a CBSE-affiliated school. Knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and digital teaching tools.
