• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues within the educational environment.
• Proven ability in classroom management to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere for students' academic and social development.
• Creativity skills for designing engaging and interactive teaching methods that cater to various learning styles.
• Extensive content knowledge to teach curriculum subjects effectively, facilitating students' understanding and retention.
• Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve student issues or queries effectively and promptly.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently plan and execute lesson plans and other teaching-related tasks.
• Ability to communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns (Mandatory skill).

• Plan and conduct engaging lessons that comply with the educational standards and curriculum set by the school.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback sessions.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
