Any Associate Degree (preferably with Physics or Science background)

Salary Range:

?30,000 - ?40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Delivery

Teach Physics concepts in a clear, engaging, and practical manner. Prepare lesson plans, lab activities, and demonstrations. Assess student understanding through class tests and experiments. Ensure the safe and effective use of laboratory equipment.

2. Student Engagement

Foster curiosity, scientific thinking, and problem-solving skills. Provide guidance for science fairs, projects, and Olympiads. Offer remedial sessions for students needing extra help.

3. Administrative & Collaborative Duties

Maintain accurate records of student performance and lab work. Participate in curriculum development and teacher training programs. Collaborate with staff for cross-disciplinary projects and events.

Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of Physics and related concepts. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for student understanding. Technologically adept and safety-conscious in laboratory settings.
