Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality Physics education aligned with the CBSE curriculum, create a positive learning environment, and inspire students to achieve academic excellence while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)Teaching & Lesson Delivery

Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per CBSE standards. Use effective teaching methods to make Physics concepts easy to understand. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids for Grades 6-10.
Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct regular tests, assignments, and practical assessments. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
Curriculum Implementation

Implement the prescribed CBSE Physics curriculum effectively. Ensure syllabus completion within the academic timeline.
Differentiated Instruction

Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs. Support slow learners, average learners, and advanced students accordingly.
Student Support

Provide one-on-one academic support to students who need additional help. Conduct extra classes or doubt-clearing sessions when required. Support Physics-related activities, clubs, or tutoring programs to enhance interest in the subject.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Student academic performance and improvement in Physics results. Quality of lesson delivery and classroom engagement. Timely syllabus completion and assessment submissions. Student participation and conceptual understanding.
Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Physics with B.Ed (preferred). 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience in CBSE schools. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Willingness to stay on campus and join immediately.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
