Qualifications:

Graduation/Post-graduation in the relevant subject.

B.Ed./M.Ed. would be an added advantage. Minimum

three years

of experience in a reputable CBSE School. Proficient in English communication.

Skill Set:

Strong pedagogical skills promoting logical/analytical thinking. Technical knowledge of online education and blended learning. Expertise in content delivery across offline/online/blended learning modes. Robust student assessment techniques, including analysis of question paper patterns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate open classroom discussions and modify teaching/learning techniques. Implement effective classroom management techniques. Ensure high standards of assessment and feedback strategies. Encourage alternative learning methods and leverage digital technology. Plan, update, and upgrade curricular materials.
