Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and enthusiastic

TGT Physics Teacher

to teach Grades 6 to 10 under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity, sound practical knowledge, and the ability to make Physics concepts interesting, logical, and relatable for middle and secondary school students.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver structured Physics lessons for Grades 6-10 in line with the CBSE curriculum. Teach core topics including Motion, Force and Laws of Motion, Work and Energy, Gravitation, Light, Sound, Electricity, Magnetism, and basic Modern Physics concepts. Develop students' conceptual understanding through demonstrations, experiments, numerical problem-solving, and real-life applications. Prepare students for internal assessments and the Grade 10 CBSE board examination, as applicable. Design and evaluate worksheets, assignments, periodic tests, and practical-based activities. Conduct and supervise laboratory sessions while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain lesson plans, student progress records, and academic documentation. Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary academic planning and initiatives. Participate actively in school events, science fairs, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics with B.Ed (mandatory).
Experience

Minimum

2-4 years

of teaching experience in Grades 6-10 at a CBSE or equivalent institution.
Skills

Strong command over Physics fundamentals and numerical problem-solving skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly using demonstrations, analogies, and visual aids. Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and maintaining lab records. Familiarity with CBSE assessment patterns and Grade 10 board preparation. Basic proficiency in digital tools, simulations, and smart classroom technologies.
Accommodation & Facilities

Free meals provided on campus for relocated staff. Accommodation to be arranged independently outside the campus; an accommodation allowance is included in the salary. School support available for identifying nearby housing; shared accommodation is permitted. Transportation provided from a common pickup point to the campus during school hours.
