Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for middle and secondary school students. Ensure adherence to CBSE curriculum standards. Use innovative teaching techniques to simplify complex mathematical concepts.

Student Development:

Foster analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. Identify and support individual learning needs, ensuring all students achieve their potential. Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic progress.

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Encourage active participation and ensure student engagement.

Assessment and Reporting:

Prepare, conduct, and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and share teaching resources. Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and other professional development activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Subject Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Mathematics and the ability to teach complex topics effectively.

Teaching Certification:

B.Ed. degree is mandatory.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and techniques.

Classroom Management:

Ability to maintain a disciplined and interactive classroom environment.
