Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans to meet academic objectives.
Assess, record, and report students' progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
Use innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and real-life applications to enhance learning.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
Collaborate with colleagues, academic coordinators, and parents for student development.
Participate in school activities, meetings, trainings, and examinations.
Maintain accurate academic records and adhere to school policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics with B.Ed (mandatory).
Minimum
2-4 years of teaching experience
as a TGT Maths teacher in a reputed school.
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using smart boards, MS Office, and online teaching tools.
Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
