Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Development:

Prepare and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum set by the school and the education board (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).

Teach key mathematical concepts including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, arithmetic, statistics, and more as per the grade level.

Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that cater to the learning styles and needs of all students.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a disciplined and interactive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.

Promote student engagement through discussions, interactive problem-solving, and hands-on activities.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Design and conduct regular assessments such as quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them identify areas for improvement.

Prepare students for school exams and board exams with comprehensive revision plans and practice sessions.

Student Development:

Support students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills by teaching them various approaches to problem-solving.

Provide extra help and remedial sessions for students who need additional support.

Technology Integration:

Utilize digital tools, software, and interactive resources to make math learning more engaging and accessible to students.

Incorporate online resources, videos, and interactive math tools for better understanding of complex concepts.

Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, developments in mathematics education, and educational technologies.

Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs for professional growth.

Co-curricular Involvement:

Organize or assist in math-related activities such as math clubs, competitions, and Olympiads.
