Position:

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Mathematics

Location:

Samastipur, Bihar

Salary:

?30,000 - ?35,000 per month

Experience Required:

2-5 years in teaching Mathematics at the secondary level (Classes 8-10)

Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (B.Sc) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

Desirable:

CTET or Bihar TET qualification Proficiency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics for Classes 8 to 10, adhering to the CBSE curriculum.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress. Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance.

Classroom Management:

Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and discipline.

Parent-Teacher Interaction:

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.

Professional Development:

Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command over mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in using educational technology and tools. Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
