Job Description

To deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to middle and secondary school students (Classes VI-X) as per CBSE curriculum guidelines, fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and conceptual clarity among students.

1. Academic Delivery

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and concept-based mathematics lessons as per CBSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with learning objectives. Incorporate real-life examples and hands-on activities to make mathematical concepts clear and relatable. Ensure syllabus completion as per academic calendar and maintain continuity in student learning.

2. Student Learning & Assessment

Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain student performance records. Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support for struggling learners. Encourage logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

3. Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Promote student engagement through interactive teaching methods. Manage classroom resources effectively and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

4. Technology Integration

Use digital tools (smart boards, educational apps, online resources) to enhance teaching and learning. Maintain student data and results using school ERP or digital platforms.
