Responsibilities Teaching: Conducting classes for TGT level mathematics in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles of students. Utilizing innovative teaching methods to make the subject interesting and understandable. Curriculum Development: Developing and updating lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with CBSE guidelines. Integrating technology into the teaching process to enhance the learning experience. Assessment and Evaluation: Designing and conducting regular assessments to evaluate students\' understanding and progress. Providing constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance. Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and collaboration. Implementing discipline strategies to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Professional Development: Participating in workshops, seminars, and training programs to stay updated on educational best practices and advancements. Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the overall improvement of the school\'s educational programs. Parental Communication: Communicating effectively with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. Attending parent-teacher meetings and conferences as required. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor\'s degree in Education Post graduate degree in Mathematics. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification is desirable. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the TGT level, with a CBSE-affiliated school. Dedication to students and education. Knowledge of various teaching methods.
