Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum. Use innovative teaching methods, activities, and technology to make learning interactive and effective. Assess students' performance regularly through tests, assignments, and projects. Provide remedial support to students who need extra help in understanding concepts. Prepare question papers, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain records of student progress. Encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, and application-based learning. Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment. Coordinate with other subject teachers and participate in school activities, events, and meetings. Guide students in preparing for mathematics Olympiads, quizzes, and competitive exams (if applicable). Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics as a main subject (B.Sc./B.A. in Mathematics). B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Prior teaching experience as a Mathematics teacher at the middle/secondary school level preferred. Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language as per school requirement). Classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to integrate digital tools and teaching aids in the classroom.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
