Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to middle and secondary school students (classes VI-X) following CBSE guidelines. Design lesson plans and prepare teaching materials that align with learning outcomes. Create a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes student learning. Assess students' work regularly, provide feedback, and maintain academic records. Use innovative teaching strategies, including activity-based and experiential learning. Integrate technology and digital tools into teaching (e.g., smart boards, educational apps). Prepare students for school-level exams and Olympiads. Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and when needed. Participate in school functions, workshops, training, and staff meetings. --- Qualifications and Experience: Graduate in Mathematics or related field with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - mandatory as per CBSE norms. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (CBSE preferred). Proficiency in spoken and written English.
