Responsibilities
Deliver Kannada language lessons--reading, writing, speaking, listening--aligned to CBSE curriculum
Design and implement sequential, engaging lesson plans and assessments
Conduct formative and summative evaluations; track and report progress
Foster inclusive, disciplined, and participatory classroom environments
Collaborate with colleagues, attend faculty meetings, plan cultural or language events
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
Participate in ongoing professional development
