Key Responsibilities:

Academic Responsibilities:

? Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum for Grades 5 to 10

? Maintain academic records, assess student progress, and share feedback

? Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and remedial classes as needed

? Participate in curriculum planning and contribute to academic innovation

? Support co-curricular activities and school events

Residential School Oversight:

? Actively monitor and engage with students beyond classroom hours when needed

? Ensure discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of students in the residential

environment

? Collaborate with the school leadership team for student behavior management and

mentoring

? Be available for occasional night/weekend responsibilities as per the residential school

schedule

Collaboration and Reporting:

? Work closely with other faculty members and the Principal for curriculum alignment and

planning

? Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and ongoing training

? Maintain open communication with hostel staff, parents (where required), and school

management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

? Strong subject knowledge and command over content delivery

? Passionate about rural education and child development

? Comfortable working in a semi-rural, residential school setup

? Adaptable, team-oriented, and sensitive to the needs of adolescent girls

? Knowledge of local languages (Bengali/Hindi) will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
