Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per the curriculum.
Enhance students' proficiency in reading, writing, and spoken Hindi.
Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and activities to assess learning.
Promote creative writing, poetry recitation, and Hindi literature appreciation.
2. Student Development
Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement in language skills.
Encourage participation in Hindi-related competitions and events.
Provide guidance and support for projects and academic growth.
3. Administrative Duties
Maintain lesson plans, attendance, and assessment records.
Participate in staff meetings, school functions, and parent interactions.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute co-curricular programs.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent command of Hindi grammar and literature.
Effective communication and classroom management skills.
Strong presentation and storytelling ability.
Positive attitude, patience, and passion for teaching.
